LUCY EASTON JEWELLERY: Near Cambridge, Essex, United Kingdom; The basis of my jewellery focuses on bold repetitive geometric designs often incorporating elements that move when worn. I strive to find different ways of creating fixings and links for necklaces and bracelets so that they become an integral part of the design. The processes and techniques incorporated within my jewellery are a mixture of photo etching, casting, piercing and soldering. I primarily work with silver, but also like to work with 9ct and18ct gold. I often draw on my immediate environment looking at every day repeated shapes and forms such as brick work, road markings, tower blocks etc. I carry my camera around with me constantly and record anything that catches my eye.
